1. Who operates this portal
WYC Young Entrepreneurs (WYC Kids), a community-organized program, uses this portal to manage parent-submitted youth registrations. For privacy, access, correction, deletion, or permission questions, call the group organizer at (813) 697-1233. The portal is for adults aged 18 and older. Children should ask a parent or legal guardian to register them.
2. Information and service providers
Your email signup is managed by Supabase Auth, which processes your login email, password, verification messages, sessions, and optional parent display name. The WYC registration database does not store your password. We store the parent contact information, child name and age, business details and optional link, registration status, organizer feedback, and signed consent choices you submit. We also store messages exchanged through the parent portal and program-related organizer follow-up notes. Family conversations are accessible only to that family and authorized organizers; internal organizer notes are not displayed in the parent portal. General program announcements are visible to registered parents. Sites hosting and its Cloudflare infrastructure process and store portal records. Supabase and the program’s configured email provider deliver account verification and password-reset messages. An optional one-time connection can preserve records from the previous sign-in method after both accounts are verified. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser information, and request logs for their operations and security. The portal adds no advertising pixels or marketing analytics, and uses no child accounts.
3. Use, access, and publicity
We use information to administer registrations, review proposed offerings, communicate about participation, manage safety, and document consent. Your account and authorized organizers can access the relevant registration records. Necessary hosting and authentication providers process data to deliver their services. Disclosures may also occur as required by law or reasonably needed for emergencies, security, or legal claims. We do not sell or rent family information, use it for targeted advertising, or provide it to sponsors for independent marketing. We do not use registration records to train AI models. Photo and business publicity are separately optional; a submitted link is private unless you opt in. No public child directory is created by registering.
4. Control and retention
You can view, correct, export, withdraw, or delete your registrations in the parent portal and delete your portal profile. Active records and consent history are kept while the account remains open to support participation and document permissions. Deletion removes those records from the active portal database; provider backups and security logs may remain under those providers’ retention practices. Save your consent receipts before deleting. Contact the organizer for assistance or questions about any separately held event records; deleting a portal profile does not close your email sign-in account. A minimal account connection may remain to keep the correct family identity associated with your login. Contact the organizer to close the sign-in account and remove this connection. Do not submit sensitive details beyond the requested fields.
5. Other websites and changes
Facebook and any business websites you choose to visit operate under their own privacy practices. This portal does not send registrations to Facebook. Avoid posting child information in public comments. If the purposes or optional permissions materially change, the organizer will provide an updated notice and request renewed consent where needed. Sign-in verifies an account, not a person’s parental authority; the organizer may ask for clarification when needed.
Public website activity
Added September 27, 2026. We count visits and interactions on the public homepage, privacy notice and registration consent page to understand how people find and use the program website. These counts include broad traffic sources, approved campaign labels, screen-size categories, link clicks, video activity and scroll depth.
Our analytics stores daily totals only. It does not use analytics cookies, visitor identifiers or session recordings, and does not store IP addresses, full referrer URLs, search terms, raw campaign text, names, email addresses, phone numbers, registration details or information entered into forms. We do not track activity inside the account or family portal. These statistics are not sent to Google Analytics or advertising services.
We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Analytics totals are retained for up to 400 days, with older totals removed when new activity is recorded.
