Version WYC-REG-2026-09-09-v3 · September 9, 2026
1. Registration and parental authority
WYC Young Entrepreneurs (WYC Kids) is a community-organized youth entrepreneurship program. This agreement covers a parent or legal guardian submitting a child’s program registration for organizer review. It does not reserve a table or authorize participation at a particular event. Event dates, eligibility, venue rules, fees if any, and any event-specific agreement will be provided before participation. I am at least 18, have legal authority to register this child, and will obtain any additional consent required by a custody order. I will provide accurate information and explain the program to my child. Participation is voluntary.
2. Supervision and safe participation
If our registration is accepted and we attend an event, I will remain on site and actively supervise my child, or arrange a responsible adult aged 18 or older. This is not a drop-off or childcare program. We will follow event instructions, respect others, keep displays and aisles safe, and promptly report concerns. Permission to attend a market does not include access to pools, docks, boats, roads, or restricted areas. I understand that markets can involve risks including falls, setup injuries, heat, weather, crowds, allergies, and loss of money or property. We may stop or leave an activity that feels unsafe.
3. Products, sales, and organizer review
I will supervise the proposed products and customer transactions and seek approval before materially changing the offering. I am responsible, as applicable to our activities, for lawful products, food safety and allergen information, permits, labeling, taxes, intellectual-property permissions, payments, refunds, and fulfillment. Regulated, hazardous, age-restricted, counterfeit, or unlawful goods are not permitted. Organizer review does not certify product safety or legal compliance. No sales, profit, space, or attendance is guaranteed. The organizer may reasonably limit capacity or change an event for safety, weather, or venue needs. Any fees and refund terms must be disclosed before payment.
4. Private registration information
I authorize the organizer to use the parent contact details, child name and age, business details, application status, and consent records I provide to review registration, communicate with me, and administer the program. Records are private to my account and authorized organizers, with necessary processing by the site’s hosting and sign-in providers. The program does not sell or rent family data or provide it to sponsors for independent marketing. Providing a business website does not authorize publication. I have read the Portal Privacy Notice below. I will not submit payment-card details, a child’s personal contact information, school, home address, government identification, or medical details.
5. Optional photo and video permission
Only if I separately opt in, I permit the organizer to capture and use my child’s recognizable image or voice in ordinary event photos or videos on WYCKids.com, the WYC Young Entrepreneurs Facebook page, and WYC program flyers to report on and promote this program without payment. This does not permit media sales, unrelated advertising, AI training, voice cloning, or synthetic likenesses. Do not attach the child’s full name or personal contact details. Declining does not affect registration eligibility.
6. Optional business listing permission
Only if I separately opt in, I permit publication of the approved business name, product description, and business website I provide on WYCKids.com, the WYC Young Entrepreneurs Facebook page, and WYC program flyers. This permission does not include the child’s name, age, school, or family contact information. I have reviewed the linked website for personal information and have authority to authorize the business materials. Declining does not affect registration eligibility.
7. Changing permissions and withdrawing
Optional permissions last while this registration remains active, for no more than 12 months from this signature unless renewed. I can switch either permission off by editing my registration, or withdraw the registration to stop future authorized use. I can call (813) 697-1233 to request removal of existing material from program-controlled channels. Copies already printed or independently shared may remain. These permissions do not authorize other attendees to photograph my child. I may delete my registration or close my portal account; this removes its active portal records, including consent receipts, so I should save a copy first.
8. Electronic signature and legal rights
By typing my full legal name, checking the required acknowledgments, and submitting, I intend to sign this exact version of the registration agreement and my separate optional choices. I agree to receive a retainable electronic receipt, available in my dashboard. I may call (813) 697-1233 to ask questions or arrange a paper registration. This registration consent does not waive my child’s legal claims, release organizer negligence, impose indemnification, or require arbitration. It does not replace any separate event agreement. Florida law applies subject to applicable federal law and nonwaivable rights.
